UML USE CASE DIAGRAM


As promised, here is the UML diagram of habitat2own's website.


As you can see in the diagram, we have 4 actors(stick figures) and 11 use cases(written in the oval shape) assigned to each other accordingly. This diagram wil give you a better understanding on the functionalities that we wish to have/built in our website.


Due to Anuar's absence in our last group meeting, we have only managed to complete a small part of the designing process which is the UML diagram. However, we are proud to say that we have managed to do the other 2 things mentioned in the previous post which is to collect and analyze the raw materials to be used for the website's database. We're not worried as we're still on schedule, therefore we're sure that we will be able to finish up the rest of the designing process in no time.

A NEW BEGINNING.

Rise Of The Dynamic Queens.

This marked as the new beginning of team habitat2own. Since Anuar has willingly stepped down from the group leader position, we have yet to elect a new group leader for our team. But do not worry, that decision will be made up and announced soon. We assure you that this so called "group leader conflict" will not affect our performance as a team. And so far, more improvements have been made. We are now more aware of what we have to do and enlisted below are some of the things that we have decided to do for the coming week:

  • To collect raw materials from magazines/newspapers/etc. regarding the kinds of property information to be insterted into our project's database.

  • To analyze and record information gained from the raw materials in order to create the desired database.

  • To start the designing process of the project, inclusive of the UML and ERD diagram.

We hope to accomplish this 3 things by the end of next week. Stay tuned for our progress. Peace out. :)

BREAKING NEWS



The Downfall of Monarchy Leader



Under some intense pressure, Uyun and Syaz agreed to throw the 'Selfish Anuar' from the leader table. After some series of personality attacks, anuar was stepped down from the leader chair as Uyun and Syaz has become the Dynamic Queen of habitat2own team. Anuar on the other hand feel upset but after some time he s finally okay as he agree to become a team player , not a 'ONE man show'. This positive move is Good for the team as Uyun and Syaz live nearer to Campus and able to search some references from the Siti Hasmah Digital Library. The team come up with more dynamic and competitive attitude.Take care all...

PROJECT PROPOSAL.

INTRODUCTION


In general, this project is developed in order to encourage people to buy or rent properties via online. This project can best be described as "assets advertising" and will surely attract real estate developers, retired workers or even common person to enter as now days investment in a form of properties is the easiest way to earn mega money. As an advertising company, we will be attached to a small amount of percentage that can best be described as "services surcharge". Therefore to get things going really well, this team need to be committed to this project and strive for wealthiness.


OBJECTIVES


The main objectives are:

1. To provide an opportunity for customer to gain knowledge on the properties available all over the country.
2. To assist customer on their purchase with secure transaction.
3. To ensure customer will be provided with a highly professional properties management team.


ABSTRACT


We hope to become one of the top property and real estate website in Malaysia. We wish to create a website where users can easily identify the desired property for them to rent or purchase. The properties in our website will be sorted out according to location, price, type etc. Users will be able to register their personal/company details into our database and become members if they wish to sell or rent their property. Other than that, users who do not wish to become a member of our website are also free to browse around our website. Other than that, we also hope that users will find our website as informative and user-friendly.


PROBLEM ENCOUNTERED


As we are still in the planning phase of building our website, there are no major problems encountered yet. Most basically, problems will be faced during the design phase. Every detail of the problem encountered will be recorded in the project documentation and solved accordingly.

On 7 February 09( 7 days before valentine) ....Mr Simon uploaded assignment question which require us to work Extensively for 13 weeks....This assignment require us to learn about certain software( which us have decided later on) and to work in group....

Project Scenario

Mr. B who is a rich investor from Dubai is interested to invest in a start-up company specializing in internet businesses. While he is visiting Malaysia for his spring holidays this year, he is starting up a TV reality show program called “MMU Apprentice” with MMU to source for young talents. Through this program, Mr. B is interested to look for young and innovative local Malaysian talents to develop innovative internet applications over a period of 13 weeks
using Web programming languages such as PHP, ASP.net or Java etc. He is particularly interested in seeing FOUR kinds of web application prototypes that allows people to upload, edit, delete and view
